Typical fixed cost for ZERO usage is property tax levy $74.07 shown + fixed users fees (water $24.59 + sewer $7.10) = $105.76!! or $1269.12/year even if you are away and have ZERO usage. They used to use at least 21 cubic metres per month. Many people are much higher than this for assessment and consumption. No other municipality has tax charges like that for water and sewer. The Urban Service Area Charge tax levy shown only on your property tax bill depends on assessment. This is for only 20 cubic metres per month and $300K assessment.
